      Qualität und Kundenservice

      Enttäuschend – nicht rutschfest und schlechter KundenserviceDie Oberfläche der Rampe ist schmirgelpapierartig, aber leider absolut nicht rutschfest und zudem sehr schnell beschädigt. Unser Hund ist mehrfach weggerutscht – besonders problematisch, da er Knieprobleme hat. Nach dem ersten Ausrutschen hat er sich nicht mehr getraut, auch nur einen Schritt auf die Rampe zu machen. Für Tiere mit Mobilitätsproblemen ist dieses Produkt aus unserer Sicht völlig ungeeignet.Der Kundenservice war leider ebenfalls enttäuschend. Obwohl die Rampe über Prime bestellt wurde, wurde dies vom Verkäufer bestritten, weshalb wir die Rücksendekosten selbst tragen mussten. Das ist ärgerlich, zumal viele andere Anbieter ein Rücksendeetikett zur Verfügung stellen.Zudem wird angegeben, dass der Kaufpreis innerhalb von sieben Tagen nach Rücksendung erstattet wird – nach fast 14 Tagen haben wir jedoch immer noch keine Rückerstattung erhalten.Insgesamt können wir dieses Produkt und den dazugehörigen Service leider nicht empfehlen.

      Eine gute Sache, besonders für ältere Hunde

      Die Hunderampe ist für ältere Hunde eine gute Sache. Natürlich ist es nicht einfach, daß der Hund sie annimmt, jedoch mit etwas Geduld hat es bei meinem Hund funktioniert.

      Gut und kompakt

      Die Rampe ist nicht schwer und hält viel aus sie rutscht nicht und kann gut verstaut werden mein Hund wiegt 25 Kilo was überhaupt kein Problem ist für diese Rampe es wackelt nichts beim laufen alles passt

      Die Rampe wird gerne von meinem Hund angenommen. Beim Aufbauen muss man aufpassen, dass man sich die Finger nicht einzwickt und die Profile am Boden nützen sich leicht ab, aber das Produkt ist trotzdem sehr gut und stabil
